Starting in January, both the Shoreline Men’s & Women’s Bible Studies will walk through the book of Acts. Come join us for an incredible account of the early church and the unstoppable spread of the Gospel through the power of the Holy Spirit! Whether you are new to the Bible or have been studying for years, this is a great opportunity to grow in your knowledge and love for the Lord and to be challenged and inspired by His Word in community with other believers. Middle School & High School students are invited to join us for KNOX WKND, February 21-23. Our hope for Knox WKND is to be a time that will encourage and remind students that Knoxville is where God has called them to right now, and they need to be on mission for our city! Students will worship together, spend the night in host homes, and serve together doing a mission project around our city.
The first two Sundays in March, we are hosting prayer & worship gatherings in our new worship center! We hope these will be a time for our church family to see the progress of the new space as we worship and thank God for all he’s done in and through our church and pray over this space and all of the ways we will see God work in the days and years to come! This is our 7th year of offering Celebrate Recovery at Shoreline! To help us celebrate our 7th Anniversary, we would like to invite everyone to join us for some testimonies, worship and fellowship on Tuesday, January 28 at 7PM in the Worship Center. No reservation needed, just come and enjoy hearing what the Lord has done through this ministry over the past 7 years.
Mom Life is for moms of all ages and all stages following the Titus 2 model in the high & holy calling of being a mom. We have a morning and evening option for moms to choose from! Our Mom Life morning option offers our Kid Life Ministry for kids birth-5 years old.
The Rising, our gathering for middle school and high school students, starts back on January 8! This weekly gathering is designed to strengthen and shape the faith of students through worship, studying scripture, building biblical community, and learning spiritual disciplines.
Our Christmas Eve Candlelight Gathering is one of our favorite worship gatherings of the year! We gather for about an hour to sing carols and hear a Christmas message with a candlelight conclusion. This year, we will have children’s programming for kids ages birth-2 years old. 3s and older are invited to worship with their families upstairs.

Women of Shoreline, you’re invited to join us for a Christmas celebration on December 15, 4:30-6 PM. If your last name starts with A-M, bring an appetizer. We can't wait to celebrate Christmas with our Shoreline families at this Family Christmas Party! We will have a student-led praise team performing worship, fun family interactive games, a story-telling feature, family discussion and reflection, milk and cookies after the event, and a chance to hang out with other families! Middle School and High School students are invited to celebrate Christmas with A Very Country Christmas Party on December 4 at 6:00 PM! Students can dress up in their favorite country Christmas attire and join us for dinner and games.
This is an evening for the students to split up for intentional time of fellowship, worship, and fun! We’re also inviting the men of Shoreline to join us for worship at Guys Night and the women of Shoreline to join us for worship at Girls Night! We will have child care for birth-5th grade at Shoreline for this portion of the event (6:30-8 PM).
The next meeting for our "Seasoned" Adults group for seniors will be Thursday, November 21 at 12:30 PM in the downstairs student room!
Our fall retreat will be a weekend college students and young adults won’t want to miss! We’ll spend the weekend in a cabin in Sevierville, TN, focusing on the book of Acts and looking at how God calls us to testify to the Good News of God's Grace to the world around us!
Tuesday, November 12 at 6pm, we will be hosting GriefShare's Surviving the Holidays Event. This is a one-night event for people who have lost loved ones and would like support in navigating the holiday season. Child care will be available. Register for this event HERE.
Is your child asking questions about salvation? Has your child recently made the decision to follow Jesus? Starting Point is a 2-week class designed for a child who is asking questions about baptism, salvation, communion, and what it means to follow Jesus. It is an interactive class that is geared to equip the parents to be an influential voice in the spiritual conversations with their child.
This class will meet on November 10 and 17 during our 9:30 AM gathering. At least one parent is required to participate in the class with their child. Both parents are welcome and encouraged to participate.

To celebrate the release of this EP, we'll be hosting a Worship Night on October 23 at 6:30 PM.
And for our kids, we're hosting a 0-K Kids Praise Party downstairs at the same time! This will be a great chance for the younger children in our church to have fun through worship, a craft, and time with friends!

September 29, we're having a training for those who are current, new, or are interested in becoming Life Group Leaders or Co-Leaders! We'll meet downstairs in the student room at 8:15 AM. We'll have child care and light breakfast provided.
This meeting is for anyone who is currently part of our Foster & Adoption Ministry AND for those interested in becoming a part of this ministry. If you are interested in fostering, adopting, or supporting others who feel that call, join us September 22, 5-6:30 PM.
We are starting a Seasoned Adults Group at Shoreline for senior adults! Starting September 19, this group will meet on the 3rd Thursday of each month. We will have a variety of events such as lunches, outings, and other event based on the suggestion of the group. The purpose of this group is to allow Shoreline’s senior adults time for fellowshipping and also being active together.

Our Intentional Dad Cohort is for dads of all ages and life stages and is designed to allow dads to connect, share experiences, and grow together. Led by Tyler Keele and Jake Bruce, the Intentional Dad Cohort will meet for eight weeks on Monday mornings at 6 AM and will walk through the book Fighting Shadows by Jefferson Bethke. This group starts September 16 in the Shoreline Student Room!
Sunday, August 25 at 6:30 PM, we are having our Women’s Ministry Fall Kickoff! This will be an evening of worship and fellowship as we hear about the upcoming ministry opportunities available for the women of Shoreline this fall. We hope you can make it!
This fall, both the Shoreline Men’s & Women’s Bible Studies will walk through the book of Exodus. The book of Exodus invites us into a grand narrative of freedom, transformation, and covenant community. During the Israelites' spiritual journeys in the wilderness, we will see God's pursuit of His people in their highs and lows. We will also witness God molding a community from chaos, just as He longs to do with His church, His holy people today.
Serve Knoxville is a day for everyone in our church to answer the call to GO to our neighbors and show them the love of Christ through service. We will be spreading out in schools all over Knoxville and serving them in whatever way they need. We hope you and your family, life group, and/or friends will join us August 17, 9 AM-12 PM as we love on our city!
Going from middle to high school comes with more freedom, influences, and challenges. During this 4-week Bible study, we will determine what it looks like to remain secured to the identity of Jesus Christ through this pivotal life change. Students will meet at either the Hayes/LeMarbre homes or the Duncan home beginning August 4!
The transition from elementary to middle school and from Kids Ministry to Student Ministry can be overwhelming. We offer our annual 6th Grade Boot Camp as a way to partner with families through this transition. This is a one-night event in Knoxville where the rising 6th graders will stay in host homes, worship together, and serve together to get a glimpse of what being a part of Shoreline Students will look like. This also gives them a chance to meet some of our leaders, as well as older students in the ministry, so that they can have a familiar face when they come to Student Ministry events!
Family Dedication is more than an event. It is an opportunity for you to take the right first steps at the beginning of your journey as a parent to really think about what will matter the most in the life of your child. To participate in family dedication, you'll need to attend our “First Steps” meeting the Sunday before. Our next Family Dedication opportunity is July 28!

In conjunction with the summer Rhythms series, we are hosting Rhythms with Jesus on June 29, 9 AM - 1 PM. This event will help you integrate the disciplines studied on Sunday into everyday life and practice. A light breakfast will be offered from 8:30-9:00 AM in the Shoreline Student Room. $10 fee will cover breakfast, a boxed lunch, and event materials.
On June 19, we're hosting a Family Movie Night featuring "Cars!" We hope you join us for this opportunity to fellowship with other families and get to know Tyler Keele and Ashley Hughes, our newest Shoreline Kids Team members! Dinner and family fun will begin at 5:30 PM in the upstairs side lobby, and the movie will start at 6:30 PM in the worship center. Please RSVP so we can get a count for dinner!

The Shoreline Masters is back! Shoreline Students presents the 2024 Shoreline Masters at Farragut Golf & Games on May 8. Entry fee is $25 and that includes a t-shirt, pizza, and a chance at claiming the Green Jacket! The event starts at 6:00pm and will go to 8:00pm.
