Are you interested in opportunities to minister to internationals here in the Knoxville area? One of our ministry partners, Knoxville Internationals Network (KIN), is helping Shoreline start an English as a Second Language (ESL) program for internationals in our area beginning in August. In preparation, KIN will be hosting an Adult English teacher training course at Shoreline March 25-26. Course participants will learn the successful structure of an ESL program and how to think about teaching English to internationals. Participants will also receive certification to help teach ESL classes through KIN. The cost to attend is $55.
