“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.””
— Matthew 28:19-20

The 10–40 Window—the region stretching across North Africa, the Middle East, and Asia—remains the epicenter of global lostness. This is where the majority of the world’s unreached people groups live, where access to the gospel is most limited, and where following Jesus often comes at the highest personal cost. While God is at work everywhere, the need here is uniquely urgent.

Globally, most Christian resources—finances, personnel, training, and institutions—are invested outside of the 10-40 Window. In many of these contexts, the church is strong enough to evangelize its own people, disciple new believers, plant churches, and send missionaries beyond its borders. This is not wrong; in fact, it is a sign of maturity and fruitfulness. Shoreline ministers in these areas too. But it also means that vast regions of the world remain comparatively untouched.

In the 10–40 Window, the opposite reality often exists. Entire people groups live and die without ever meeting a follower of Jesus or hearing a clear explanation of the gospel. Local churches, if they exist at all, are frequently under-resourced, isolated, or pressured by cultural, religious, or political opposition. There is no critical mass—no momentum—unless outside partners come alongside what God is already beginning to do.

We work in the 10–40 Window because this is where the global Church’s imbalance is most evident and where partnership is most desperate. Our goal is not to replace local believers, but to serve them—strengthening, training, and supporting indigenous leaders so that the gospel can take root in ways that are culturally faithful and generationally sustainable. When the Church in these regions reaches critical mass, it does what the Church has always done: it reaches its own people and begins to send its people to other areas.

This focus is not about strategy alone; it is about stewardship and obedience. If the gospel is already flourishing in one place, praise God. We want to be a part of that. At the same time, let us ask “Where is it not yet known?” The 10–40 Window reminds us that millions still wait, not because God is absent, but because His people have not yet arrived.

When you GO, your feet carry hope to places the gospel has never reached. When you PRAY, you call upon God to move among these much-loved people. When you GIVE, your generosity helps fuel this broadening mission.
